Entering orders or tickets is simple! Select the order/ticket type and just fill in the information on the screen. Everything is clearly labeled, so there won’t be any confusion about what to enter. In certain areas, Dove POS even fills in the information for you. Orders that come from the Dove Network, your Teleflora eFlorist site or 24 hour flowers are automatically entered in to your Dove POS. In this process, you’re capturing your customer’s information, processing or billing their credit cards* and accounting for the sale. All that’s left - is making the order!
*Credit Card Processing is only available with Pro and Enterprise levels.
